June 26th (Sunday 1:00PM):
ABC Tea will be the Oolong sponsor for the Tea Infusion
Challenge - where four competitors
will brew four teas in 15 minutes to claim the title as Top Infusionist and
be featured in World Tea News.
Thomas will be the judge for the Oolong Tea Infusion
Challenge.
For the first time at the World Tea Expo, we will have
the great honor of inviting Award Winning artists from Taiwan to demo
their creative tea presentations. TTMA presents to
2011 WTE, Taiwan Tea Gala - this demo will
offer our tea rooms, lounges and even stores' owners with creative tea space
design. There will be different designs each day and we expect to have two
shows a day.
There will be Taiwan Specialty Oolong Tastings daily -
including: Pouchong, Oriental Beauty, Jade Oolong, and Amber Oolong.
We will also be introducing the unique teas: Ruby 18 and
Formosa Bonita FB27.
June 24-26th (Friday-Sunday) at Booth 637:
Thomas Shu will be representing the Taiwan Tea
Manufacturer's Association with stage programs during the show hours.
June 23rd (Thursday,
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.):Thomas Shu, the
Ambassador of Taiwan Tea, will be tour-guiding Taiwan Teas at the
World Origin Tasting Tour from 4:40-5:30pm at Room 222.
