FOOD GRADE MATERIALS APPLIED:
MAKROLON FCR-2458 is a polycarbonate resin which combines high productivity with suitability for food contact and medical device applications. Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177. 1580. Clear, infrangible and easily cleaned with hot boiling water. Heat resistance up to 278˚F. Filter membrane, steel ball and screws are made of food grade stainless steel (SUS 304).
